Services
The work, and what the write-up includes.
Each service below is priced from the roof, not from a photo. The proposal lists the material, the flashing, and anything that is excluded.
replacement
Full replacement
A replacement is specified after someone is on the roof. The proposal names the covering, the underlayment, where ice and water goes, how valleys and walls are flashed, and which areas stay as they are. Ventilation is checked before the new covering goes down.
repairs
Leak repairs
A stained ceiling is a clue, not a diagnosis. We follow the water to the penetration, valley, or wall, then repair that detail. The write-up says what was opened, what was replaced, and what still needs a full covering later.
storm
Storm damage
After wind or hail, the useful record is specific: slopes, materials, and the details that failed. We write that down, complete the work that belongs on the roof, and keep the photos and notes with the job file.
inspections
Inspections
Useful before a sale, after a storm, or when a leak has no obvious source. You get a short report: what is sound, what is wearing out, and whether the next step is a repair or a replacement.
metal
Standing-seam metal
Metal roofs fail at the edges more often than in the field. We plan eaves, hips, walls, and penetrations with the panel layout, and we use the fasteners and clips the panel system calls for.
low slope
Low-slope membranes
Low-slope work is about drains, edges, and seams. The proposal names the membrane, how it terminates at walls and metal edges, and where water is supposed to leave the roof.
